We understand that travel plans can change. Here’s how we handle cancellations:
✅ Full Refund – Available if the cancellation is requested at least 5 days before your scheduled safari, in writing.
❌ No Refund – If cancelled with less than 5 days’ notice, your payment is non-refundable.
🎟️ Exception – Even with late cancellations, park entrance ticket fees will still be refunded in full.
